Department: Client Experience Team
Reports To: Director of Client Experience
Position: Full-Time
Serve Others - Serve Each Other - Serve Him
- Manage daily client communications by phone, email, and text
- Execute service notification processes
- Manage communication workflows through company systems
- Respond promptly to client questions and concerns
- Process client payments and account updates
- Coordinate service requests and scheduling support
- Assist with client retention and service recovery efforts
- Maintain accurate customer documentation
- Support internal communication between departments
- Assist with overflow client communication during peak seasons
- Minimum of four years of customer service, client support, or call center experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone presence with excellent listening skills
- Proven ability to resolve customer concerns while maintaining trust
- Advanced computer skills and the ability to learn multiple software systems
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Reliable transportation; this is an in-office position
